Job Description
- Req#: 12778
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for technical and engineering roles across aerospace and AI hardware/software domains.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand team needs and help scale critical functions.
- Strategically source and engage top-tier, often hard-to-reach, technical talent across LATAM.
- Deliver a high-touch, inclusive candidate experience from initial contact through close.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support hiring initiatives and workforce planning. - Contribute to cutting-edge projects at the intersection of aerospace and emerging tech.
- Support impactful and highly specialized hiring initiatives.
- Help shape a growing recruiting function in a dynamic, remote-first environment.
- Be part of an inclusive, high-performance hiring culture that values every voice.
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in aerospace, hardware, or deep tech.
- Proven ability to close senior-level and technical roles with a thoughtful, strategic sourcing approach.
- Experience supporting high-growth startups or innovation-driven organizations.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with a commitment to inclusive hiring practices.
- Must be based in LATAM and comfortable working remotely across global time zones.
- Remote: This role is fully remote for candidates based in LATAM.
