      Job Summary

      The Senior Recruiter is responsible for leading the recruitment process for various positions. This role ensures efficient handling of candidate sourcing, screening, and hiring, contributing to effective talent acquisition and a positive candidate experience.

      Essential Job Responsibilities

      • Lead the sourcing and screening of candidates for various positions.

      • Conduct candidate assessments and interviews.

      • Manage and maintain Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to ensure smooth recruitment processes.

      • Provide excellent customer service to candidates and hiring managers.

      • Document and maintain accurate records of recruitment activities.

      • Support the full life cycle recruiting process, including onboarding.

      • Collaborate with HR team members to improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.

      Qualifications & Requirements

      • Education:

      • Required: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

      • Preferred: Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.

      • Experience:

      • Required: 5+ years of experience in recruiting or a related role.

      • Preferred: Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting software.
