What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Participate in the full cycle recruitment process, ensuring effectiveness and integration with talent needs
- Support all stages of the hiring process, from pre-selection to interviews and offers
- Collaborate with management and HR to assess current and future recruiting needs
- Develop strategies to generate candidates and build a diverse talent pipeline
- Conduct market research and stay updated on sourcing and recruiting trends
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of executive or corporate recruiting experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent education and experience
- Proven ability to manage multiple open positions across various teams in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the aerospace and/or manufacturing industry
- Knowledge of SAP HR and an Applicant Tracking System (i.e., Taleo and SuccessFactors)
- Proven experience recruiting with a focus on Diversity and Inclusion
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent sourcing methods
- Experience coordinating and attending recruitment events
