- Build strong partnerships with hiring managers to understand talent needs
- Champion a candidate-centric approach throughout the recruitment journey
- Utilize various sourcing techniques to find the best talent
- Utilize data and metrics to track recruitment performance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent work experience
- 1 or more years of recruiting experience across multiple disciplines
- Experience recruiting both exempt and non-exempt opportunities
- Candidate sourcing and pipeline management experience
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 5 or more years of full cycle recruiting experience
- Experience developing and implementing recruiting strategies
- Knowledge of the healthcare and/or insurance industry
