What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with hiring managers and the HR team to fill exempt and non-exempt positions with highly qualified candidates
- Develop recruitment strategies in partnership with senior management
- Conduct regular meetings with business partners to share recruiting best practices and market insights
- Support junior recruiters by providing feedback and sharing best practices for professional development
- Create innovative methods for attracting a diverse pool of candidates and coordinate recruiting events
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting, preferably in a corporate or agency setting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- MBA or advanced degree in a related field
- 4 years of progressively responsible experience in HR, especially in employment, high-volume recruiting, EEO, and compliance
- Expertise in advanced internet searching and candidate research
- Confidence in advising and partnering with business leaders in various settings
- Solutions-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving and follow-up skills
