What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the full cycle recruiting process including strategy meetings, sourcing, screening, and interviewing
- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR partners to assess skill requirements and develop talent strategies
- Build and maintain a network of qualified candidates while understanding market trends
- Actively engage with job boards and social networks to identify and attract quality candidates
- Ensure compliance with recruitment laws and maintain up-to-date knowledge of company policies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- College degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of agency recruitment experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to source talent using various tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office and experience with Talent Acquisition tools, preferably iCIMS
