What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement data-driven recruitment marketing strategies in collaboration with Talent Acquisition leaders
- Manage recruitment media campaigns, track performance, and report on results

- Research marketing trends and create content for the careers blog

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field
- 6+ years of experience in marketing, including 2+ years in Recruitment Marketing, Talent Attraction, or Employer Branding roles
- Proven experience running ads on Google, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, along with analytics on ad performance
- Strong ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Data proficiency and literacy with certifications in Google Analytics
- Experience in automating communication and engagement workflows in CRMs, such as HubSpot Academy certifications
