- Four (4) year Degree or National Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery. Post graduate Qualification in Health Care Management or related healthcare field.
- Current registration with the HPCNA.
- MS Office Packages (Intermediate to Advance.
- Working experience in coordinating the hospital case management process and facilitating the communication process between all role players/stakeholders.
- Proven working experience in case management and any experience in psychological aspects of care (Added Advantage).
- Five (5) years Post qualification experience in General Nursing, Midwifery, Outpatients and Casualty of which Two (2) years on supervisory level.
- Experience in billing, stock control and drafting of policies and procedures.
- Code 08 Drivers license.
- Strong Supervisory, Leadership and Mentoring skills.
- Results orientated with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- High level of speed and accuracy, pro-active nature, and ability to take initiative.
- Decision making skills with the ability to form sound judgment.
- Display Excellent Communication and Counselling Skills.
- Excellent Administration and report writing skills.
- Investigative skills with the ability to solve problems.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to innovate.
- Knowledge of Nursing Practice, Standards, and relevant Legislation.
- Familiarity with professional and technological emerging knowledge
- Ability to work in a team.
- Display sound understanding of Quality Health care processes, management principles and health care management.
