      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage regulatory affairs for oncology clinical trials and Cell Therapy Lab
      - Prepare and coordinate document packages for regulatory submissions to ensure FDA and IRB compliance
      - Collaborate with investigators to incorporate appropriate regulatory safeguards in study development
      - Maintain regulatory essential files and track progress of protocol reviews
      - Provide regulatory guidance to project teams and junior staff

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree in biological sciences, health sciences, social sciences, or a related medical field
      - 3-5 years of experience in a clinical research or administrative capacity
      - ACRP or SOCRA certification required
      - Knowledge of clinical research regulations and compliance issues
      - Experience in protocol development and strong writing skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master’s degree in a relevant field
      - Experience in a regulatory affairs capacity in a medical research setting
      - Familiarity with federal and industry research sponsor requirements
      - Previous experience working with human and animal subjects in research
