What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Shape and refine compliance frameworks and governance structures to support program effectiveness
- Conduct regulatory gap analyses and develop actionable recommendations to address areas of non-compliance
- Advise cross-functional teams on regulatory expectations and internal compliance requirements
- Prepare and deliver reports and presentations on compliance risks and remediation efforts to senior leadership
- Monitor regulatory landscape changes and translate them into actionable insights
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, or a related governance role
- Ability to interpret regulatory requirements and translate them into actionable guidance
- Strong communication skills, adapting messages for different audiences
- Detail-oriented with the ability to balance regulatory expectations with operational realities
- Experience supporting or working with global teams in diverse regulatory contexts
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a Second Line of Defense function
- Proven ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and influence outcomes
- Familiarity with compliance training design and delivery
- Previous work in a mission-driven organization
