Tertiary Qualification in a business related field

Strong knowledge of financial statements and credit assessment skills incorporating background of sound business lending for Corporate and large scale businesses

Demonstrable understanding and structuring of Corporate and large business needs and expectations and abilities to identify new and cross-sell business

Broad product and specialised financing knowledge to consistently make appropriate recommendations to key business stake holders
-
Ability to identify key business drivers and mitigate key risks and make recommendations where appropriate
-
Strong verbal and written communication skills, computer literacy and demonstrated excellent customer focus

The ability to work autonomously; work within teams with proven analytical, negotiation and problem solving skills

Leadership and coaching skills

A passion for working with “mid-markets” business

About the role

Your role as a Senior Relationship Credit Manager is a relationship focused and customer facing role, which specialises in providing the industry and credit risk assessment for existing and prospective clients.
You will be responsible for working directly with the Senior Relationship Managers, Director, Customers, Product Partners, Credit Executives and other stakeholders to complete and manage the broader credit assessment function and ensure an optimal 'well managed' portfolio at all times.
It is expected that you will have a clear understanding of the performance history and future plans of each customer on the portfolio at all times.
