- Lead or support client management activities, develop and execute relationship management plans, and ensure an exceptional client experience. Manage a book of complex client relationships and assist in developing team members.
- Coordinate with team to understand client needs, deliver proactive service, and ensure client advocacy. Review needs assessments regularly and ensure all team capabilities are leveraged effectively.
- Grow the book of business through client expansion and new client acquisition strategies. Develop external networks for business development and maintain ongoing communication with clients to identify expansion opportunities.
- Manage risk by selecting appropriate clients, ensuring service delivery aligns with fees, and collaborating with risk partners to resolve client concerns promptly.
- Maintain accurate sales and relationship management records, participate in team processes, and mentor other team members as needed. Engage in projects to strengthen the business.
- Typically requires a bachelor's degree; higher education or certifications are a plus.
- Industry experience of 8+ years preferred.
- No specific certifications or licenses are required.

As a Senior Relationship Strategist within the PNC Private Bank, you can be based in San Francisco, San Jose, or Walnut Creek, CA. The role requires regular presence in the office or in the field.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with high net worth and ultra high net worth clients, preferably with an existing book of business and knowledge of the local market and centers of influence.

Qualifications
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary ranges from $154,700 to $325,000, with incentives based on performance. PNC offers comprehensive benefits including health coverage, retirement plans, paid time off, and more.
