      Liquid Sunshine is the full-service, in-house creative marketing agency for Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP) and its 125 leading beverage brands, including Dr Pepper, Snapple, Keurig, Green Mountain Coffee Roasters, 7UP, Bai, A&W, Core, Canada Dry, and Schweppes. Our mission is to help grow KDP’s iconic and refreshing brands with equally iconic and refreshing creative communications and experiences.

      We are seeking a proven Senior Render Production Artist to help lead Liquid Sunshine through an exciting new phase of growth in capabilities, brand assignments, and creative excellence.

      This can be based in Frisco, TX or Burlington, MA office, and will have a hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 days remote on a weekly basis).

      WHAT YOU’LL DO:

      • Collaborate with Associate Production Directors, Print Producers and Project Managers to deliver expectations and requirements for e-commerce/digital shelf and print renders associated with such requests.
      • Compose raster and vector artwork; retouch and recreate existing artwork as needed
      • Retouch and color correct photography
      • Use existing, and help create new, render templates
      • Analyze and evaluate projects to determine most efficient execution
      • Build digital and print-ready files using data inputs, and direction provided, including but not limited to naming conventions/file folder structure, server usage, etc.
      • Maintain or develop consistency across printed material elements or SKUs
      • Provide artwork for review of accuracy and printability and ensure project meets requirements to produce
      • Revise artwork per guidance or direction
      • Flight Check/collect files for output when project is completed
      • Back up/archive final artwork per guidance provided
      • Help mentor a team of Render Production Artists and assist with their work
      • Be proactive in optimizing workflows and exploring new ways of working leveraging 3D and AI technologies


      Requirements

      WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE:

      • Requires a minimum of 5 years of industry experience in render creation, print production, graphic arts and/or related field.
      • 5 years technical expertise and knowledge of print and production capabilities and guidelines across a wide range of materials and outputs necessary. Advanced knowledge of image formats, file compression, and optimization techniques.
      • Bachelor of Art degree in Graphic design or equivalent.
      • Requires expert skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign at a minimum. Other Creative Cloud/Adobe Suite/3D programs a bonus.
      • Skilled problem solver, detail oriented, highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.
