What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, develop, program, maintain, and publish reports and reporting applications
- Gather reporting requirements from business partners and offer recommendations
- Develop customized applications, automate technical support, and perform data analysis
- Perform root-cause analysis, research innovative data warehouse solutions, and improve existing functionality
- Deal with interesting and complex issues, and work through challenging tasks

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of experience writing and interpreting complex Oracle SQL statements
- 3+ years of experience performing significant data analysis and report development
- 2+ years of experience with coding languages such as C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript
- 1+ years of open-source software language experience, like Python
- Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or GED

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience developing reports in Power BI or comparable business intelligence tools
- Experience writing and assessing formal business requirements documents
- Experience in the HealthCare industry (Medical, Dental, RX) claims
- Experience with SAP BusinessObjects, Central Management Console, and InfoView for user administration and report distribution
