What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with teams to clarify questions and issues for data analysis and experiments
- Design and execute descriptive, predictive, and causal inference statistical analyses
- Perform data analysis and statistical modeling to generate actionable insights
- Communicate analysis results and lead the development of analytic products
- Support junior colleagues in programming and model implementation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of relevant experience
- Strong background in healthcare analytics and understanding of population health strategies
- Excellent quantitative analysis abilities with experience in data visualizations and presentations
- Ability to manage research projects through the entire life cycle
- Experience with causal inference methods for experimental and quasi-experimental studies
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with SQL for data manipulation and R or Python for statistical programming
- Master’s degree in health services research, mathematics/statistics, epidemiology, or related field
- Knowledge of standard methods for measuring healthcare utilization, spending, quality, and related outcomes
- Well-versed in Equity and Inclusion language and principles
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing deadlines
