      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Design customized data reports related to hospital and health system payment-related issues
      - Identify and analyze data sources for generating presentations or publications
      - Collaborate with staff to build models assessing the impact of policy changes
      - Collect and manage information from surveys and other data sources for reporting
      - Ensure compliance with applicable policies and procedures in data collection and reporting

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in statistics, economics, epidemiology, health services research, public health, or a related quantitative discipline
      - 5 - 7 years of related work experience
      - Extensive experience with hospital Medicare cost reports and administrative medical claims
      - Proficiency in SAS, STATA, and Visual Basic
      - Proven quantitative analysis skills, including knowledge of statistics and research methods

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master’s degree in a related quantitative discipline
      - Familiarity with hospital payment systems
      - Experience in collecting and reporting survey data, especially in healthcare
      - Ability to manage project timelines and workflow effectively
      - Excellent oral and written communication skills for diverse audiences
