This individual will work cross-functionally across teams in a collaborative, fast-paced environment focused on scientific innovation.

      What You'll Do:

      • Plan, perform, and document experiments supporting multiple assay development initiatives.
      • Collect and interpret experimental data using statistical methods to inform project strategies.
      • Troubleshoot assay issues and collaborate with scientists and engineers across departments to drive solutions.
      • Maintain clean, organized laboratory conditions and adhere to laboratory safety practices.
      • Prepare and present findings to project teams through written and verbal communication.
      • Assist in maintaining laboratory inventory, equipment calibration, and protocol documentation.
      • Foster a team-oriented work culture centered on integrity, open communication, respect, and inclusion.

      What You Bring:

      • Bachelor's degree in a scientific field (Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Biology, or similar) with 3–5 years of laboratory experience, or a Master's degree with 3+ years of hands-on experience.
      • Strong foundation in immunoassay development and optimization; protein assay experience preferred.
      • Proficiency in operating laboratory instrumentation such as Luminex MagPix, Agilent Bioanalyzer, or comparable platforms.
      • Knowledge of the scientific method and experimental design best practices (DOE principles).
      • Prior experience working under regulated assay environments (e.g., FDA, CE-IVD, LDT) is a plus.
      • Familiarity with cancer biology, exosome research, or related fields is highly desirable.
      • Skilled in data analysis using JMP, Excel, or similar software.
      • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects.
      • Strong written and verbal communication abilities, including preparing clear, accurate reports.

      Physical Requirements:

      • Ability to remain seated or standing for extended periods.
      • Occasional lifting (up to 20 pounds).
      • Frequent use of laboratory tools and computers; repetitive hand and finger motions.
      • Work is primarily conducted in laboratory and office environments with exposure to moderate noise and occasional hazardous materials.

This position operates in a laboratory and office setting, with occasional exposure to noisy environments, hazardous materials, and shared workspaces. Flexibility to adapt to fast-paced project timelines is expected.
