      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and implement advanced models for digital biology and drug discovery
      - Benchmark and showcase research outputs to advance digital biology capabilities
      - Create training and inference techniques for foundational models using cutting-edge hardware
      - Publish original research and contribute to open-source software initiatives
      - Collaborate with external research leaders and internal teams to integrate research into products

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Advanced degree in a quantitative field such as Computational Biology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
      - 5+ years of relevant experience in training and evaluating models in digital biology
      - Proven publication record in machine learning, data science, or digital biology
      - Proficiency in modern machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX
      - Ability to work effectively in a tight-knit team environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience developing novel methods in machine learning
      - Strong engineering skills, particularly with C/C++ and CUDA
      - Portfolio of data science projects demonstrating expertise
      - Contributions to open-source software projects
