      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide consultative policy analysis and evaluation expertise for federal clients in key health-services research domains
      - Design and conduct quantitative and qualitative research studies and lead stakeholder interviews
      - Independently draft and manage contract proposals and grant applications
      - Manage project teams of senior, mid-level, and junior staff to meet client expectations
      - Supervise and mentor junior staff and oversee financial and administrative aspects of projects

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Master or Doctoral degree in public policy or related fields
      - At least 9 years' experience in evaluation research or policy analysis, with 3 years in project management
      - Knowledge of the Medicare program and experience with Medicare and/or commercial claims data
      - Experience working for the federal government or federal contractor
      - Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to lead project teams

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 0-2 years of experience as a Research Scientist in health policy research
