      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and contribute to research and evaluation studies related to K-12 digital teaching and learning and educational technology programs
      - Apply evidence-based methods to improve digital teaching practices with a focus on equity and inclusion
      - Supervise and mentor research associates and researchers on various projects
      - Write and produce high-quality resources for both technical and non-technical audiences
      - Cultivate and maintain professional relationships with clients and educational communities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - PhD with a minimum of 3 years of experience or a Master’s degree with a minimum of 7 years of experience in K-12 education
      - Proven track record in research or R&D related to digital teaching and learning in K-12
      - Established networks in federal, state, and local education sectors
      - Experience leading projects with demonstrated outcomes in high-need education areas
      - Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a research institution, education agency, non-profit, or educational technology provider
      - Demonstrated success in conceptualizing and writing winning proposals
      - Ability to lead mission-driven teams effectively
      - Experience with quality assurance and risk mitigation in project activities
      - Knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion practices in educational settings
