      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the primary operations consultant for Revenue Cycle Business Operations implementation and maintenance
      - Review recommendations for development and analysis of implementation plans for system development
      - Collaborate with departments and clients to resolve user issues and ensure compliance with policies
      - Troubleshoot issues, recommend fixes, and advise management on necessary actions
      - Design transition and implementation plans for newly acquired facilities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience
      - 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role
      - Strong analytical skills to evaluate complex data
      - Excellent communication and reasoning skills
      - Ability to multi-task and exercise sound judgment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Health Care Administration experience
      - Advanced proficiency in Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, etc.)
      - Experience in developing training programs for users
