- The Senior Revenue Integrity Analyst ensures that all items and services such as procedures, E&M, supplies, and pharmaceuticals are charged correctly with supporting documentation.
- Works with departments on process optimization, charge capture enhancements, charge reconciliation, and other education as needed.
- The hourly range for this position is between $32.28 and $51.54, annualized to $67,142 and $107,203. Individual compensation is determined for this position through years of directly relevant experience. The hourly compensation is only a portion of the total rewards package and a comprehensive benefits program is available for qualifying positions.
- This full-time position will require you to work 8:00AM-5:00PM, Monday through Friday and is 100% remote.
- One of the following is required:
- Associate’s degree from an accredited college or university in Business Administration, Nursing, Healthcare, Finance, or equivalent and five (5) years minimum experience in related healthcare field required.
- Eight (8) years of relevant experience including at least one of the following: billing, charge description master, chart audit, coding & charge capture.
- Registered Nurse (RN) or other clinical experience preferred.
- Previous Revenue Integrity experience preferred.
- Experience working with Epic clinical and revenue cycle modules preferred.
- Experience with APC, DRG, APR-DRG, and managed care reimbursement; CMS rules and regulations, coding and billing compliance required.
- Experience in multi-hospital integrated delivery system (hospital and physician practice model) required.
- One of the following is required:
- Registered Nurse License
- Registered health Information Technician (RHIT) or Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA)
- Certified Professional Coder (CPC), Certified Clinical Documentation Specialist (CCDS), Certified Documentation Integrity Practitioner (CDIP), Certified Coding Specialist (CCS) certification.
- Epic Certifications (e.g., Resolute (HB or PB), Willow, Beaker, Ambulatory, ASAP, OP Time, etc.) preferred.
