      Department/Job Overview:

      • We offer you the opportunity to join Credit Suisse Asset Management to assist the coordination and completion of Requests for Proposal (RFP), Requests for Information (RFI) and Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQ) for clients and prospects in Switzerland and EMEA.
      • The EMEA RFP-Team is located in Zurich, Switzerland. The role encompasses the general responsibilities and processes of an RFP-writer within an international Asset Manager.

      • The current RFP-Team consists of three persons and is very international. The main location is Zurich, but we also have RFP-Teams in other locations. The team is part of the international distribution team and works with relationship manager all around the world.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • You will work on the coordination and production of RFP/DDQ documents for CSAM’s investment strategies and get the chance to collaborate and become a strong partner with internal business partners, e.g. Portfolio Management, Sales, Legal & Compliance, Operations / Finance, Corporate Communication, Risk Management, Trading, HR and other departments and divisions.
      • As part of this role you will also be responsible to provide an active coverage of external and outsourcing partners such as investment platforms and databases and ensure the rigorous adherence to regulatory/legal requirements and approved internal processes.

      Qualifications

      Essential Skills:

      • Organized working attitude and adhering to deadlines.
      • Strong written communication skills, including proofreading ability.
      • Hands-on attitude and talent to motivate people around you.
      • Excellent organizational/multi-tasking skills and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
      • Ideally RFP experience or similar – 3+ years

      Desired Skills:

      • Very high reliability, accurate working methods, a trained eye for details as well as being able work autonomously and in a pressured environment
      • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
      • Ideally, you are fluent in English, German is advantageous.
      • Higher education university/Fachhochschule or equivalent work experience – nice to have
      • Prior working experience within the financial industry would be advantageous
