What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner with Underwriting to select, retain, and grow a profitable book of business
- Conduct risk assessment evaluations for high-complexity businesses, including manufacturing and large fleet operations
- Write detailed reports communicating risk assessments and recommendations
- Identify uncontrolled exposures and influence customers to implement corrective actions
- Serve as a subject matter expert in specialized areas to support the broader team

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's or graduate degree in environmental health and safety, engineering, construction management, or related technical fields
- Minimum of seven years of experience in safety, risk control/management, or a related field
- Valid driver's license and ability to attain state-specific certifications
- Advanced knowledge of the insurance industry and business acumen
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
