What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Facilitate Operational Risk Management through risk register, Risk Identification exercises, and Quantitative Risk Assessments (QRAs)
- Evaluate a wide range of risks affecting financial, safety, operational reliability, environmental, and reputational receptors
- Support Control Owners in defining risk control performance standards and developing recommendations for improvement
- Develop and maintain Risk Management policies, procedures, and IMS governance documents
- Provide training related to updates in the Risk Management program
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering and Professional Engineer designation
- Minimum of 7 years of technical experience
- Strong critical thinking skills and ability to work independently
- Strong organizational, time management, and planning skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Working knowledge of Process Hazard Analysis techniques
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio
