      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide support for Release of Information (ROI) requests at the client site
      - Validate requests and authorizations for the release of medical information per established procedures and HIPAA guidelines
      - Assist in training associates for the ROI Specialist position and dictate workflow for ROI Specialists
      - Generate and submit weekly reports from ROI Online and other tools as directed by management
      - Maintain confidentiality and security of medical records information during transport, storage, and disposal

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 1 year of experience in release of information, medical records, or related healthcare experience
      - High School Diploma or GED required
      - Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical terminology
      - Proven customer service experience and/or training
      - Ability to effectively use computer software, including Microsoft Word and Excel

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Prior work experience in Release of Information in a physician’s office or HIM Department
      - Ability to learn new equipment and processes in a fast-paced environment
      - Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
      - Willingness to travel to multiple sites based on regional needs
      - Ability to work professionally and efficiently in a team environment
