      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Process incoming requests for information while ensuring compliance with established procedures and HIPAA guidelines
      - Generate and submit weekly reports from ROI Online and other software as directed by management
      - Provide excellent customer service by effectively addressing inquiries and concerns from clients
      - Maintain equipment and troubleshoot issues in collaboration with Help Desk departments
      - Communicate regularly with the Area Manager regarding workload, customer service concerns, and special projects

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 1 year of experience in release of information, medical records, or related healthcare experience
      - High School Diploma or GED required
      - Knowledge of medical terminology and HIPAA regulations
      - Proven customer service skills and experience
      - Ability to use office equipment such as fax machines, copiers, and multiline phone systems

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Prior work experience in Release of Information in a physician’s office or HIM Department
      - Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
      - Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and learn new processes quickly
      - Valid driver’s license and personal automobile insurance as required for travel to multiple sites
