What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain working knowledge of the employer's proprietary Safety products and services
- Provide exceptional customer service and support for the employer's Safety solutions
- Perform on-site services and oversee the usage of the Safety Management System
- Advise and direct clients on tools and systems to ensure safety and compliance
- Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with internal teams for new business generation

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or greater in EHS or business-related field
- Ten years' work experience in a related field
- Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or Associate Safety Professional (ASP) preferred but not required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to research potential solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Experience managing large, complex projects

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with organizational initiatives in safety, quality methods, or other organizational change processes/initiatives
- Excellent workshop facilitation, training, and presentation skills
