Facilitation and orchestration of business plan implementation, ensuring strategic alignment and operational efficiency
Management and coordination of investment opportunities throughout the entire client lifecycle, encompassing client book analysis and identification of potential opportunities as well as design and implementation of initiatives (incl. facilitation of reportings)
Support of senior management through the participation in key projects and the delivery of presentations and reports for key gremia
Effective stakeholder management, fostering meaningful relationships and communication channels with all relevant stakeholders
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven track record in Private Banking/Wealth Management, especially in the field of business & management support and sales development/management
Direct experience in front business is considered a plus
Demonstrated ability to work independently while maintaining a strong capacity for teamwork
Strong conceptual and analytical skills with the ability to analyse complex information and manage multiple tasks efficiently
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively
Proficient in stakeholder management, with the ability to navigate complex relationships and maintain strong communication channels
Fluency in multiple languages (German and English required) and proficiency in relevant tools (knowledge of AVQ is considered a plus)
