- Collaborate with sales leaders, product marketing, and revenue operations teams to optimize sales processes, methodologies, and sales enablement programs
- Lead sales enablement efforts by providing insights and recommendations on sales workflows, pipeline management, and sales cycle optimization for new logo and expansion motions
- Conduct data analysis and reporting on sales, marketing, and customer success data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Lead and facilitate training and enablement programs using sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC to optimize discovery and improve close rates and deal velocity
- Identify and analyze bottlenecks and inefficiencies in sales workflows and propose improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Revamp and develop a sales onboarding process to decrease quota carrier ramp times and improve achievement of quota for new hires and leaders
- Act as a liaison between the revenue operations team and other departments, fostering cross-functional collaboration and alignment of objectives
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and revenue operations and sales enablement best practices
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or a related discipline). Advanced degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience as a business analyst, revenue analyst, or similar role, preferably within revenue operations and sales enablement
- Solid understanding of sales processes, revenue operations, and key sales metrics.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales enablement tools (Highspot, Gong, Saleshood, Aligned) is highly desirable
- Ability to translate sales data insights into actionable recommendations and sales enablement programs
- Proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at various levels of the organization
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Familiarity with forecasting models and revenue planning is a plus

You will report to the Director of Sales Enablement, the successful candidate has an opportunity to join an innovative, competently fast team where your role will focus on the strategy and execution of the global sales enablement function. As a Senior Analyst, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our revenue operations team with a focus on sales enablement data, processes, and programs.

The salary range for this role will be between $115,000 - $150,000. Final compensation will be determined by a variety of factors, including your location, and your experience, education, and certifications. During the phone screening, the recruiter will provide the location-specific salary range for this role.
