      Job Summary:

      The Sr. Sales Enablement Analyst position is a critical role as it will enable Sales to be more efficient and effective, primarily through the transformation of data into meaningful insights and the development and maintenance of a centralized sales reporting channel. The main responsibility involves designing, building, and deploying reports and dashboards using Microsoft Business Intelligence Tools such as Power BI, that clearly communicate insights and trends in the data.       Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

      • Collaborate with Sales to understand their reporting needs and provide them with actionable, data-driven insights to support their decision-making processes
      • Use data analysis and visualization techniques to create reports, dashboards, & KPIs in Power BI in support of business goals
      • Conduct user interviews, translating business needs into report requirements
      • Participate in sprint and roadmap planning, prioritizing next steps and establishing timelines
      • Provide ongoing Power BI training to Sales team and internal stakeholders
      • Monitor usage and drive engagement with Power BI within the organization
      • Work collaboratively with IT to solve issues and strengthen dataset reporting capabilities
      • Optimize Sales Reporting channel in terms of design, relevant content and ease of use
      • Stay up to date with the latest advancements in data analysis, statistical modeling, and data visualization techniques
      • Evolve predictive modeling capabilities and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
      • Provide ad-hoc reporting as needed in support of Sales team, and identify options for automation wherever possible

      Education/Experience:

      • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business or Computer Science related fields
        • Academic plus equivalent business experience will be considered
      • MS Power BI suite (Power Query/DAX)
        • Excellent Power BI skills and other MS Office /software skills
      • 2+ years conducting Sales or Marketing data analysis, preferably in CPG industry
        • Forecasting, category insights, revenue management experience a plus
      • 2+ years of experience with Power BI development delivering complex reports and dashboards
        • Tableau or other BI experience will be considered
      • Analytical/business mind with problem-solving aptitude
      • Excellent communication, collaboration and presentation skills
      • Knowledge of POS (point of sale) data such as Circana (IRI), Nielsen, SPINS, a plus
