      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with account executives to educate customers on the value of the employer's CyberSOC services
      - Deliver technical presentations and demos tailored to customer business requirements
      - Facilitate the transition of prospects to customers and encourage customer advocacy
      - Navigate challenges during the sales process, addressing customer concerns and requirements
      - Assist in sales qualification and own the technical architecture design

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2+ years in a customer-facing role, preferably in a presales engineering or consulting capacity focused on security solutions
      - At least 5+ years of experience supporting, delivering, or designing enterprise IT systems, with a focus on security systems
      - Extensive technical expertise in Networking, Security, Identity Management, Cloud Services, and Windows/Linux/Mac
      - Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
      - Strong written, verbal, presentation, time management skills, and attention to detail

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree
      - Certifications such as CISSP, GCIH, CISA, or CISM
      - Familiarity with Salesforce.com
      - Previous experience selling XaaS solutions (software, infrastructure, SOC/Security)
      - Knowledge of Mac OS, Omnigraffle, and VMware Fusion
