What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Advocate for customers, ensuring their needs are heard and addressed
- Create and deliver tailored presentations to guide customers through the proof-of-concept journey
- Facilitate interactive proof-of-concepts that demonstrate the Red Canary solution
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of security principles and how they apply to client needs
- Engage in project work, including product research and script writing, while supporting the sales team
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 6+ years of sales engineering experience
- Strong technical sophistication and understanding of key sales activities
- Proven ability to build relationships with clients and internal teams
- Willingness to tackle new challenges and push back when necessary for the customer's benefit
- Experience with security concepts, cloud infrastructure, and scripting languages is beneficial
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proficiency in Windows and Linux command-line environments
- Experience with enterprise endpoint detection and response (EDR) solutions
- Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Ruby
- Previous experience in facilitating customer engagements and technical presentations
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with technical practitioners and C-Level executives
