      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead opportunity creation and early pipeline development across targeted defense and aerospace accounts
      - Expand organic growth within existing customers by identifying new program opportunities
      - Develop and present compelling value propositions to stakeholders at all levels
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute strategic sales plans
      - Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
      - 10+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management within the aerospace and defense industry
      - Proven track record in identifying, pursuing, and closing complex, high-value deals
      - Strong understanding of the defense and aerospace market landscape
      - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with consultative or solution-based selling methodologies
      - Active security clearance is highly desirable
      - Military service is valued; veterans are encouraged to apply
