      To support the rapid growth of RELEX's commercial organisations, we are now looking for a Sr. Sales Operations Manager to help us provide data-driven insights and analysis for the Sales leadership team that leads to better control and growth of the business. The key purpose of the role is to set up an analytic strategy and cadence to provide sales intelligence for business growth. To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate should possess experience with transforming large data sets into actionable reports for senior management and executives, as well as providing subject matter expertise on company-wide projects to enable, improve, and streamline reporting and process.

      What you’ll be doing:

      • Design an analytical strategy and cadence which produces regular reporting packages to Sales Leadership tracking key performance indicators (KPI’s).
      • Data Integrity and Governance:
        • Implement and enforce data quality standards to maintain accurate and reliable sales data.
        • Identify and rectify data inconsistencies and discrepancies.
      • Design and implement Salesforce reports & dashboards.
      • Design, manage and maintain processes such as:
        • Productivity reporting and fiscal year planning support
        • Sales process adherence
        • Territory management/Account re-assignments
        • SFDC opportunity management.
        • Support Split process.
      • Conduct ad-hoc analysis on sales data around sales performance, pipeline health and behaviour, account penetration, etc. Have the ability and initiative to identify actionable insights.
        • Work closely with business intelligence, finance, marketing, and customer operations teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
        • Collaborate on projects to drive revenue growth or process improvements.
      • Partner with Senior Sales Leadership in producing Quarterly Business Reviews, Board of Directors and other presentations.
      • Work independently as well as part of a team.

      What you’ll bring to the table:

      • You'll have excellent numerical skills and strong capability of using Salesforce, Excel, PowerPoint and business insights tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
      • Your are able to translate data into an executive story.
      • You have an understanding of revenue processes, ideally direct and indirect GTM strategies and renewals.
      • Your are willing to listen but also prepared to challenge and listen when necessary.
      • You have good administration, planning and organisational skills.
      • Willingness to travel occasionally to Headquarter in Helsinki.
      • You do have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or Science and proven experience in sales operations, preferably within the SaaS sector.
      • You have a proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau), and reporting tools and strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate meaningful insights.
      • You have excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
      • Your mindset is detail-oriented your problem-solving skills are very good with a focus on process optimization.
