Job Description:
- Report to the Senior Manager, Contracts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to negotiate and draft contracts
- Review and analyze contract terms and conditions
- Ensure contract compliance and manage contract lifecycle
- Provide guidance and support on contract-related issues
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Strong understanding of contract law and legal terminology
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work with complex documents
- Experience in the medical device or healthcare industry is preferred
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain contract database
- Conduct contract reviews and identify potential risks
- Assist in the development of contract templates and standard operating procedures
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve contract-related issues
- Support contract negotiations and ensure favorable terms for employer
