What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner with Hiring Managers and HR to identify, attract, and acquire top sales talent
- Conduct full life cycle recruitment for sales positions within the Endoscopy division
- Cold call industry contacts to convert leads into candidates
- Utilize technology to track and build a talent pool
- Support the creation and compliance of the divisional Diversity & Inclusion Plan
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or additional 6+ years of experience required
- 4+ years of work experience required
- Previous corporate or agency full-cycle recruiting experience required
- 4+ years of Sales recruitment experience highly preferred
- 2+ years business-facing HR, HR COE, HR Operations, or role-related experience preferred
