      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Sell InterStim devices for specific therapies to medical professionals and institutions
      - Partner with strategic implanting centers to develop and enhance account practices
      - Provide product and therapy technical support and service to clients
      - Analyze trends and consult on strategic management for territory growth
      - Coordinate support activities and develop sales partnerships within assigned territory

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of medical sales experience
      - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
      - Proven ability to engage with healthcare professionals in relevant referral accounts
      - Valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy
      - Ability to travel frequently to customer clinics and hospitals

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Solid knowledge of the reimbursement climate
      - Experience in developing new and innovative markets
      - Familiarity with operating rooms and clinical therapies
      - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
