Job Description

- Handling of wholesalers and retailers on regular basis
- Responsible for meeting debtor/collection targets as agreed with manager on monthly basis
- Overdue reduction to 10% as a percentage of total outstanding.
- Monitor and guide PROs in the achievement of their KPIs
- Achievement of all leading and lagging KPIs
- Make business development plans for his/her territory and align it with the manager
- Daily visit the markets along with the distributor and build rapport with the customers.
- Ensure compliance to corporate governance and values, and HSE as per company policy.
- Increase coverage, share of shop and share of profitability.
- Monitor the KPIs of the distributors and conduct quarterly business review to evaluate the performance.
- Determine the credit potential of each customer falling in the prescribed area.
- Determine recovery plan from each customer on cyclical basis.
- Distribution of POS material to the dealers.
- Decide special discounts for different dealers.
- Juggle between sales to dealer and recovery from the dealer. The TM must ensure that the monthly sale targets for the dealer are achieved and in doing so has to also ensure that the money is recovered in a timely manner.
- Increase value of Sale while retaining the same credit limit that has been allotted to the customers.
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable institute
- 4-5 years of sales experience and in handling a distributor
- Should be able to deploy and work with a distributor
- Willingness to travel to various locations, even on short notice
- Familiar with MS Office advance level
- Should have strong commercial sense and entrepreneurial attitude
