What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Strong communication skills to translate technical concepts into business terms

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Salesforce certifications like Salesforce Administrator/Advanced Administrator, or Business Analyst
- 3-5 years of experience in environments requiring an understanding of technical deliverables and data integration
- Experience leading cross-functional teams, including business, technical, and operational stakeholders
