      Merchant Solutions Technology

      The Merchant Solutions Technology group provides the Corporate Bank with a dedicated team that capitalizes on the rapidly evolving technology industry to provide our clients new products and innovation to meet their growing needs within an Agile FinTech-like setup. We deliver innovative products such as our Digital Payment Gateway (creating an API based solution allowing Marketplaces and Merchant to streamline their payment processing and settlement activities) and customer faced products using our Digital Payment Gateway. As part of our new team within the Berlin Tech Hub you will be responsible for technical design, coding, automated unit testing and integration and will liaise with the Teach Lead, Product Owner, Architects, and other software engineers/developers as well as testers regarding the development and implementation of product lines using salesforce technologies.

      Your key responsibilities

      • Work with amazing people in a diverse, passionate, and collaborative team.

      • Innovate and develop customized Salesforce solutions across various Salesforce clouds to meet business requirements.

      • Lead your team by example: mentor and guide team members and foster a positive culture that drives innovation. Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior developers and cross-functional teams on Salesforce best practices, coding standards and design patterns.

      • Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements and scalable Salesforce solutions.

      • Proactively identify and resolve technical issues, optimize system performance, and ensure data integrity and security within the different Salesforce environments.

      Your skills and experiences

      • Expertise in Salesforce development methodologies including Agile, Scrum, and DevOps practices for iterative development and continuous delivery.

      • Proven track record of successful Salesforce certifications.

      • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and integration capabilities, including REST APIs, Salesforce Connect, and Platform Events as well as Apex, Aura, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce development tools to build and customize Salesforce applications.

      • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills in written and spoken English; German language knowledge would be a plus.
