  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Lead the design, development, and implementation of customized solutions within the Salesforce platform
  - Program using Apex, Salesforce Lightning components, JavaScript, and other development languages
  - Oversee the end-to-end architecture of the Salesforce Platform and its integrations
  - Collaborate with junior developers for code reviews and provide mentorship
  - Assist in identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving defects during project delivery
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Minimum of 3 years of related experience in Salesforce platform development
  - Hands-on programming experience with Salesforce, specifically LWC and Apex
  - Extensive understanding of Salesforce.com best practices, architecture, and security model
  - Valid Salesforce Platform Developer Certification
  - Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret or higher security clearance
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Development (CI/CD) tools like Copado
  - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and frameworks, such as SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban
  - Strong communication skills with the ability to present ideas to various stakeholders
  - Experience in the development of Web Services (SOAP and REST)
  - Knowledge of HTML, CSS, XML, JavaScript, jQuery, and Bootstrap
