What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Schedule and perform functional, integration, regression, and release testing for Salesforce
- Analyze, debug, and resolve defects in Salesforce while engaging in continuous improvement efforts
- Prepare and execute manual and/or automated test scripts for Salesforce
- Participate in formal reviews of business requirements and application designs
- Define input to test coverage based on requirements and design specifications

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree plus 8 years of experience, including 4 years Salesforce developer experience (or equivalent experience)
- Knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud, agile development, and software development processes
- Proven skills in Salesforce Service Cloud Platform Administration
- Ability to balance, prioritize, and organize multiple tasks effectively
- Demonstrated ability to develop and write technical documentation

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in JavaScript, Git, jQuery, Apex, and Bootstrap
- Strong understanding of Lightning Web Components and Data Modeling
- Familiarity with REST/SOAP based API integrations and Salesforce DX
- Experience with CI/CD pipeline implementation
