What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with consulting teams to define problem statements and evaluate solution options
- Create detailed design, architecture, and process artifacts to implement deployment plans
- Support knowledge transfer to enhance the value of consulting solutions for clients
- Manage system upgrades, migrations, and emergency changes in a timely manner
- Conduct performance analysis and troubleshooting related to SAP systems

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive experience in lieu of education
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Information Technology
- Experience with SAP ECC, BW, GRC, and Solution Manager, including both ABAP and NetWeaver Java Stack systems
- Ability to travel to project/client locations as needed
- Proficiency in analytical and communication skills, along with planning and coordination abilities

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- At least 4 years of experience in detailed patching and system parameter configuration
- Experience with archiving, security patching, and problem management
- Knowledge of Solution Manager alert setup and transport management processes
- Familiarity with performance metrics and troubleshooting requirements
- Understanding of release management concepts and processes
