What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with consulting teams to define problems, evaluate solutions, and make recommendations
- Create detailed design, architecture, and process artifacts for implementation
- Support knowledge transfer to provide valuable consulting solutions
- Manage system upgrades, migrations, and emergency changes
- Conduct problem management and root cause analysis for troubleshooting

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive experience in the specialty
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Information Technology
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Willingness to travel to project/client locations as needed
- Experience with SAP ECC, BW, GRC, and Solution Manager systems

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- At least 4 years of experience in patching, system parameter configuration, and security patching
- Familiarity with performance metrics and troubleshooting for consulting
- Knowledge of Solution Manager Alert setup and Transport Management processes
- Experience managing freeze periods and decommissioning systems during upgrades
- Strong analytical and planning skills
