What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with stakeholders to establish and track project budgets
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules using advanced scheduling software
- Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts and resource allocation issues
- Conduct critical path analysis and risk assessments to ensure realistic project timelines
- Mentor and guide junior schedulers, fostering their professional development
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in project scheduling
- Advanced proficiency in scheduling software such as Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices
- PMI Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP) certification or equivalent is preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Expert-level knowledge of scheduling techniques and critical path method (CPM)
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex information
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
