      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Coordinate the design, planning, and execution of early phase clinical trials
      - Ensure clinical safety assessment and risk management of compounds
      - Co-author clinical sections of protocols, reports, and regulatory documents
      - Manage trial and program projects under accelerated timelines
      - Represent Early Stage Development on cross-functional teams

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Degree in Life Sciences
      - Minimum of 1 year related experience with clinical trial management
      - Understanding of clinical research development process
      - Strong team collaboration and communication skills
      - Knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, and regulatory requirements

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Global Phase I subject and patient trials experience
      - Scientific, medical, or safety writing and reporting experience
