As a Senior Scientist, you will lead collaborative workstreams with a diverse group of scientists across all therapeutic areas to ensure timely progress in research projects and drive technological innovations. You will conceive, design, and execute the engineering of innovative multispecific antibodies with improved selectivity and developability. Your role will also involve the biochemical, biophysical, and functional characterization of antibodies and multispecific modalities. You will also prepare, analyze, and present data internally and externally.

      Essential Skills/Experience:

      • PhD + 0-3 years’ of experience in Chemical or Biological Engineering, Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry or other relevant scientific field with experience in protein engineering and/or bispecific antibody technologies
      • Extensive hands-on experience in molecular biology and antibody/protein engineering
      • Proven ability to work independently, effectively plan and organize work activities and prioritize task completion to meet project deadlines
      • Deep understanding of various imaging/multicolor flow cytometry-based instruments and data analysis programs

      Desirable Skills/Experience:

      • Understanding of protein and antibody structure-function relationships
      • Experience in engineering antibodies with improved properties (e.g., affinity, solubility, and other attributes related to developability)
      • Experience with bispecific therapeutics, e.g. T-cell engagers, ADCs, checkpoint inhibitors
      • Background in antibody discovery using one of several display-based technologies
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and effective presentation of complex scientific data to cross-functional and senior management

When we put unexpected teams in the same room, we unleash bold thinking with the power to inspire life-changing medicines. In-person working gives us the platform we need to connect, work at pace and challenge perceptions. That’s why we work, on average, a minimum of three days per week from the office. But that doesn't mean we’re not flexible. We balance the expectation of being in the office while respecting individual flexibility. Join us in our unique and ambitious world.
