What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Facilitate Scrum events, including daily scrums, sprint planning, and retrospectives
- Coach teams to break down business requirements into actionable stories and tasks
- Proactively identify and resolve impediments that hinder team progress
- Promote continuous improvement by fostering empowerment and best practices for software development
- Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective team deliverables
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field from an accredited university
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience required, including 2 years of Agile experience
- Project management experience, preferably within an IT project management office
- Certified Scrum Master certification
- Strong analytical and problem resolution skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Typically, a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of Agile approaches and experience with Agile tools and techniques
- Other Agile project management certifications (CSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP)
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent negotiation and conflict management skills
