      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Facilitate Scrum events including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
      - Coach teams to break down business requirements into manageable stories and tasks
      - Identify and resolve impediments that hinder team progress
      - Promote continuous improvement and best practices within the team
      - Maintain positive relationships with stakeholders to facilitate effective project delivery

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
      - Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, including 2 years in Agile methodologies
      - Certified Scrum Master certification
      - Project management experience, preferably in an IT project management office
      - Strong analytical and problem-resolution skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Typically 6 or more years of relevant experience
      - Strong knowledge of Agile approaches and tools
      - Additional Agile project management certifications (CSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP)
      - Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
      - Excellent negotiation and conflict management skills
